RUK 7L Buoyancy Bag – Pair
Kayak air bags are designed to sit and fill the void in the rear of a kayak which has internal central support pillars.
When a kayak capsizes the air bags will reduce the amount of water in the boat, this in turn will help the kayak to float higher in the water reducing the chances of it becoming stuck and damaged and make it a lot easier for a rescuer to empty when rescuing.
Specially shaped pillow design, in the shape of a truncated cone that has a wider diameter across the horizontal seam of the base
The vertical diameter is slightly less which makes them ideal for fitting fore and aft to all water types of kayaks
RUK Kayak Airbags are made from a tough terylene fabric which provides excellent abrasion resistance. To reduce the chances of the bags coming out they are fitted with a brass eyelet to allow the paddler to secure them to the boat and have a screw valve inflation tube.
