Sitka Mountain Jacket Optifade Open Country
Constructed from a brushed polyester face over a 3-layer GORE-TEX INFINIUM with WINDSTOPPER Technology; the Mountain Jacket is deadly quiet, fully windproof and weather-ready to stand up to mountain winds, light rain or snow. Mountain hunting comes with its own unique challenges: cold temps, biting wind, rain, and snow. To tackle these obstacles, hunters typically have to carry many items while trying to maintain breathability and–more importantly–stealth and traditional soft shells were too heavy and not compressible. We aimed to develop a single garment that would be fully windproof, water-resistant, lightweight and breathable within a quiet face fabric. In short, we designed a jacket you can wear 90% of the time.
