This kit will provide solar charging via the SmartSolar 100/30 (panel optional), charging from the vehicle via the 30A Orion and Voltage/Capacity/Current monitoring of your battery via the BMV. In addition, this kit comes with a 240V mains hook up kit with three double sockets, all with dual USB ports.

WHAT MAKES UP THIS KIT?

Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC 12/12-30A DC-DC Non-Isolated Charger (360W)

For use in dual battery systems in vehicles where the alternator and the starter battery are used to charge the leisure battery. The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch and has an engine running detection mechanism.

The Orion-Tr Smart charger is suitable for both lead acid and lithium batteries.

This Victron SmartSolar 100/30 MPPT charger gathers energy from your solar panels, and stores it in your batteries. Using the latest, fastest technology, SmartSolar maximises this energy-harvest, driving it intelligently to achieve full charge in the shortest possible time. SmartSolar maintains battery health, extending its life.

The SmartSolar charge controller will even recharge a severely depleted battery. It can operate with a battery voltage as low as 0 Volts, provided the cells are not permanently sulphated or otherwise damaged.

Two 185W panels will be provided, complete with black ABS mounting brackets and MC4 connectors with fuses.

Victron Energy BMV-712 Smart Bluetooth Battery Monitor With 500A Shunt

This Victron BMV-712 is a great and easy way to get real-time information from your leisure battery.

All electrical connections are to the quick connect PCB on the current shunt. The shunt connects to the monitor with a standard RJ12 telephone cable. Included: RJ12 cable (10 m) and battery cable with fuse (2 m); no other components needed.

Also included are a separate front bezel for a square or round display appearance, a securing ring for rear mounting and screws for front mounting.

240V Mains Hook Up

This part of the kit will allow you to hook up to a standard 16A camp site site hook up and will then power the mains sockets in the van. As standard, the kit will come with three double three pin sockets (In a choice of finish), both complete with dual 2.1A USB ports.

This mains consumer unit will be 90% pre-assembled with all the major wiring in the completed. All you need to do is route the cables in your van and wire up the hook up point and the sockets once installed in your van

We will provide adequate lengths of cable to complete the installation as seen on the screen, the lengths provided are suitable for most camper installations, but if you need anymore, this is all available to buy on our website.

For use to wire both the input and output of the Orion DC-DC charger, the output of the SmartSolar MPPT Controller, and the cabling to the 12V fuse boxes and bus bars –
